Characteristics of Soil Enzyme Activities in the Distribution Area of Euchresta japonica in Wuyanling National Nature Reserve

Abstract
In order to provide a scientific basis for the expansion, cultivation and field regression of Euchresta japonica in Wuyanling National Natural Reserve, the soil of 5 areas with Euchresta japonica distribution and 5 areas without Euchresta japonica distribution at different altitudes in Shuangkengkou were collected, and the activities of 6 soil hydrolases and 2 soil oxidase were measured.The results showed that the activities of six hydrolases in Tonglingtou reached the highest in the region with Euchresta japonica distribution, the activities of AP enzyme among all hydrolase in each region was the highest, and the activities of PER enzyme in oxidase were higher than those of POX enzyme.In Shuangkengkou, all enzyme activities showed high activities at an altitude of 910 m with Euchresta japonica distribution, and showed very significant differences among different altitude regions (P< 0.01).This study provides the references for artificial propagation and field return in Wuyanling National Nature Reserve, Zhejiang Province.
