Abstract
From 2006 to 2021, the species and harmfulness of terrestrial molluscs in Fuzhou National Forest Park and surrounding Beifeng areas were investigated and collected for 16 consecutive years.A total of 14989 specimens have been collected and identified, belonging to 30 genera and 16 families, including 51 species and subspecies. The analyses showed that the composition of terrestrial molluscs in Fuzhou National Forest Park and surrounding Beifeng areas is dominated by the Oriental region species, accounting for 80.40%.There are also a few Palaearctic region species, accounting for 11.76%, while other widespread species (mainly agricultural pests) are relatively much less, accounting for only 7.84%.Snails Achatina fulica (Bowdich, 1882), Succinea arundinetorum (Heude, 1882), Bradybaena similaris (Ferussac, 1821), Bradybaena ravida redfieldi (Pfeiffer, 1852), Cyclophorus martensianus (Moellendorff, 1874), Microcystis perdita (Deshayes, 1873), Deroceras (Deroceras) leave (Muller, 1774) and Philomycus bilineatus (Benson, 1842) have great harm to crops. Therefore, necessary prevention and treatment measures should be taken.
