Abstract
In order to understand the current situation of the resources of Metabriggsia ovalifolia in Maolan Nature Reserve of Guizhou, from March 2019 to February 2021, using the method of combining line transect and quadrate, based on field investigation and related materials, floristic composition, geographical components. The results showed there were a total of 287 species of 195 genera in 88 families in Maolan Nature Reserve, among which there were 18 fern species belonging to 16 genus 12 family, 4 gymnosperm species belonging to 4 genera, 2 families, and 265 angiosperm species belonging to 173 genera, 75 families. The floristic compositions and characteristics were analyzed. The results showed that tropical elements and temperate elements covered 51.95% and 20.78% of total families respectively.Obviously, the tropical elements were dominant on the family level. On the genus level, tropical elements and temperate elements covered 62.70% and 33.35% of total genera respectively, which was the least. It indicates the vascular flora of the unicornis community, the flora of Maolan Nature Reserve basically consisted of tropical to subtropical elements with transitional characteristics from tropical to temperate.
