Abstract
In 2019, in Youxi County, Fujian Province, new methods such as forest positioning (calculating coordinates of trees), analytical wood analysis (marking in due north direction of the disk) were used to accurately fit the growth characteristics of analytic trees in dynamic forest environments and site conditions, and to explore the biological characteristics and mixed effects of Cunninghamia lanceolata and Schima superba.The results show that Cunninghamia lanceolata has high requirements for site conditions; the light transmittance of Cunninghamia lanceolata crown is higher than that of Schima superba; Schima superba has great growth potential, but In a well lit environment, it exhibits the growth characteristics of shrubs (mainly through the development of more sprouts (young) or the addition, thickening of branches, and expansion of crown width), when the light is insufficient, more nutrients are used for trunk growth, and moderate shading makes Schima superba grow more vigorously; mixed Cunninghamia lanceolata can promote the trunk growth of Schima superba in advance; mixed Schima superba can promote the growth of Cunninghamia lanceolata, but when it is sheltered by Schima superba to a certain extent, the growth of Cunninghamia lanceolata is poor, and the mixture ratio of Cunninghamia lanceolata and Schima superba is 3: 1 better than 1: 1.The experiment takes analytical wood as the starting point to reveal the characteristics of Cunninghamia lanceolata and Schima superba tree species and the evolution laws of their constituent stands, expanding the application scope of analytical wood and providing a new approach for studying and formulating management measures for different types of forests.
