Abstract
In 2021,Eucalyptus robusta was sampled from Liufengshan forestry center in Guangxi Province.Transcriptome sequencing was performed on the root, stem and leaf tissues of E.robusta by Hiseq2000.40786 unigenes were obtained.A total of 31662 unigenes were annotated by database alignment. The items with the most GO annotation results were membrane components. The KEGG annotation results showed that 5654 sequences participated in 129 metabolic pathways, and the pathway with the most genes was ribosome.A comparative analysis of the transcriptional differences between the roots and stems of E.robusta,as well as between the roots and leaves, revealed multiple enriched pathways, including α-Linolenic acid metabolism and terpene backbone biosynthesis.84 AP 2/ERF family genes were identified, including 9 genes in AP 2 family,2 genes in RAV family and 73 genes in ERF family. Each gene family has different expression patterns in root, stem and leaf.
