Abstract
Taking the Acacia melanoxylon experimental forest built in 2011 in Zhangpu West Forest Farm of Fujian Province as the research object, the afforestation effect of different seedling types was explored.Taking the survey data of 1 and 10 a stands, the afforestation of seedlings, tissue culture seedlings and grafted seedlings was compared by variance analysis and multiple comparison. The average survival rate of seedlings was 96.7%,the average DBH was 14.4 cm,and the average volume was 0.128 m3.The average survival rate of tissue culture seedlings was 96.6%,the average DBH was 13.0 cm,and the average volume was 0.102 m3.The average survival rate of grafted seedlings was 92.3%,the average DBH was 13.6 cm,and the average volume was 0.105 m3.The results showed that there were significant differences in tree height and DBH in the Acacia melanoxylon experimental forest. The results of multiple comparison showed that there were significant differences in the afforestation of three types of seedlings.Through comprehensive analysis, the effect of seedling afforestation is the best. Its seedling growth was rapid, the stand was neat, the growth advantage was obvious, the volume was large, and the stem shape was relatively straight. The growth of grafted seedlings was inferior to that of seedling afforestation, and the growth advantage of tissue culture seedlings was not obvious.
