Abstract
In the paper,9 different substrate formula for Aleurites montana container seedlings were compared in State-owned Nursery of Jianyang,Nanping during the years of 2019 and 2020,in order to examine the effects of different substrate formula on the photosynthesis efficiency of Aleurites montana seedlings. The results showed that in P5 substrate treatment(50% peat + 25% yellow soil + 25% hull),net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,and water utilization efficiency of Aleurites montana seedlings reached the highest.In P3 treatment (30% peat +50% yellow soil + 20% hull),the stomatal conductance of seedlings was the highest and significantly higher than CK.P4 treatment(60% peat + 20% yellow soil + 20% hull) witnessed the peaks in intercellular carbon dioxide concentration and Fv/Fm.According to the comprehensive characteristics,the two kinds of substrate formula of 50% peat +25% yellow soil + 25% hull and 60% peat + 20% yellow soil + 20% hull were the most beneficial to improving the photosynthetic capacity of Aleurites montana container seedlings. This study can provide relevant data and theoretical reference for the cultivation technology optimization in the application of Aleurites montana container seedling production.
