Two New Naturalized Medicinal Plants of Asteraceae in Fujian Province

This article reports two newly naturalized medicinal plants from the Asteraceae family in Fujian Province,Senecio vulgaris L. and Vernonia anthelmintica (L.) Willd. Voucher specimens are preserved in the herbarium of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (FJTCM). We described the morphological characteristics and habitat conditions of these plants,and briefly discussed their medicinal application value and potential ecological invasion risks.
