Exploration and Consideration on Project Approval,Implementation and Organization Management of National Key Research and Development Program ——Take the First Batch of Forestry Field Special Project as An Example

Taking the first batch of forestry special project in the "13th Five-Year Plan" national key research and development program as an example,initiation and implementation of 26 projects were summarized and analyzed,organizational management innovation measures of professional management institutions based on the design concept of "full chain innovative design and integrated organizational implementation" were explained. At the same time,based on the goals and policy requirements of the national key research and development program project,main problems in the implementation process of forestry special projects were sorted and analyzed,and countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to optimize and promote scientific management and scientific research output in forestry special project.
