The Scientific Connotation and Practical Path of the Forest "Four Repositories"——Taking the Practice in Fujian Province as an Example

Based on the research hotspots and theoretical foundation of the Forest " Four repositories" concept,this paper explores the scientific connotation of the Forest " Four repositories", expounds the relevant policies and practical experiences of Fujian Province, and in response to the current challenges,puts forward the practical path for realizing the value of the Forest " Four repositories" : building the " Water reservoirs", activating the " Bank vaults", strengthening the " Grain depots", optimizing the " Carbon pools", and promoting the linkage of the Forest " Four repositories" . Through institutional innovation,technological empowerment,coordinated linkage and other means,we will continuously strengthen the systematic functions of the Forest " Four repositories", providing key support for safeguarding national ecological security,food security,sustainable economic development and the achievement of the " dual carbon" goals.
