乌岩岭山豆根分布区域土壤酶活性特征

Characteristics of Soil Enzyme Activities in the Distribution Area of Euchresta japonica in Wuyanling National Nature Reserve

  • 摘要: 2020年在浙江乌岩岭国家级保护区,对5个山豆根分布区域及双坑口5个不同海拔无山豆根分布区域的土壤6种水解酶与2种氧化酶活性进行测定分析。结果表明,在有山豆根分布的区域,童岭头6种水解酶活性均最高;各区域水解酶中,磷酸酶(AP)活性最高;氧化酶中,过氧化物酶(PER)活性均高于酚氧化酶(POX)活性。在双坑口,有山豆根分布的海拔910 m处各种酶活性表现出较高活性,不同海拔区域间呈极显著差异(P<0.01)。研究结果可为浙江乌岩岭国家级保护区山豆根的人工繁育及野外回归提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to provide a scientific basis for the expansion, cultivation and field regression of Euchresta japonica in Wuyanling National Natural Reserve, the soil of 5 areas with Euchresta japonica distribution and 5 areas without Euchresta japonica distribution at different altitudes in Shuangkengkou were collected, and the activities of 6 soil hydrolases and 2 soil oxidase were measured.The results showed that the activities of six hydrolases in Tonglingtou reached the highest in the region with Euchresta japonica distribution, the activities of AP enzyme among all hydrolase in each region was the highest, and the activities of PER enzyme in oxidase were higher than those of POX enzyme.In Shuangkengkou, all enzyme activities showed high activities at an altitude of 910 m with Euchresta japonica distribution, and showed very significant differences among different altitude regions (P< 0.01).This study provides the references for artificial propagation and field return in Wuyanling National Nature Reserve, Zhejiang Province.
