污泥炭与土壤不同配比对园林植物生长的影响

Effects of Different Ratios of Sludge-derived Biochar and Soil on the Growth of Garden Plants

  • 摘要: 为探索生活污泥炭(炭)与土壤不同配比对园林植物生长的影响,采用完全随机组合设计,于2021年4月11日以一串红和莫娜紫香茶菜为试验材料,进行炭与生土/泥炭土的0~100%配比盆栽试验,测定植物的生长、成花和光合作用参数。结果表明,30%~40%炭土基质的植物分支数和叶片数多、冠幅大、花数较多,且花期最长,比纯生土或纯泥炭土,株高提升2~3.5 cm,SPAD值提升9.00%~10.00%、净光合速率提升21.56%~58.25%、气孔导度提升59.81%~100%、胞间CO2提升3.70%~18.21%、蒸腾速率提升38.31%~71.45%,试验表明50%以下炭土基质的植物生长特性都高于生土或泥炭土。相同配比的炭-泥炭土基质中的植物的生长生理特性优于炭-生土基质。研究结果可为生活污泥炭高值化利用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore the effects of different ratios of Domestic sludge-derived biochar(DS-BC)and soil on the growth and physiology of garden plants, a completely random combination design was adopted to determine the growth, flowering and photosynthesis parameters of plants by carrying out the pot experiment with 0~100% ratio of DS-BC and raw soil/peat moss on April 11, 2021.Salvia splendens and Plectranthus ecklonii 'Mona Lavender' were used as experimental materials.The results showed that the plants in 30%~40% charcoal-soil substrate had more branches and leaves, larger crown width, more flowers, and the longest flowering period.Compared with raw soil/pead moss, the plant height increased by 2~3.5 cm, the SPAD value increased by 9.00%~10.00%, the net photosynthetic rate increased by 21.56%~58.25%, the stomatal conductance increased by 59.81%~100%, the intercellular CO2 increased by 3.70%~18.21%, and the transpiration rate increased by 38.31%~71.45%.According to the experiment, the growth characteristics of plants in carbonaceous soil under 50% are higher than that in raw soil or peat soil.The meanwhile growth physiological characteristics of plants grown in the same ratio substrate of biochar-peat moss substrate were better than those in biochar-raw soil substrate, which provided theoretical and practical support for the high-value utilization of domestic sludge-derived biochar.
