竹子对低温的响应及转基因抗寒育种的研究进展

Progresses on the Bamboo Response to Cold and Improvement Cold Tolerance Through Genetic Engineering

  • 摘要: 综述了竹子耐寒性相关的研究现状,主要包括竹子耐寒相关的生理生化指标、抗性生理研究、以及通过转基因技术提高竹子耐寒性等方面的研究进展;并提出竹子分子生物学、转基因及基因编辑育种在竹子耐寒育种方面的应用可能是今后竹子耐寒研究的新课题和方向。研究结果可为后续竹子耐寒性的研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Here we summarized the research progresses on how bamboo response to cold stress at physiological, biochemical levels, as well as the progresses on improving bamboo cold tolerance through genetic engineering.We also predicted that technologies related to bamboo molecular biology, gene transformation and genome editing will greatly contribute to the bamboo cold tolerance research, and will be an important new research direction in the future.Our review will contribute to the bamboo cold related research in the future.
