杉木木材品质分析及优良种质筛选

Wood Quality Analysis and Excellent Germplasm Screening of Cunninghamia lanceolata

  • 摘要: 为探究杉木不同家系间木材品质的变异规律,于2015-2019年在广西融安县西山林场以9个31年生杉木家系为试验对象,采用方差分析、聚类分析、隶属函数分析等方法,对6项杉木木材品质评价指标进行质量分析和种质筛选。结果表明,31年生杉木木材材性和生长量在家系间差异均显著,各杉木木材品质指标间均存在一定相关性。31年生杉木管胞长度、管胞宽度、管胞长宽比、树高、胸径、材积均值分别是2750.51 μm、33.27 μm、84.93、26.36 m、18.43 cm、0.398 m3。聚类结果显示,在欧氏距离5.0处,9个参试家系可分为3类,类群Ⅰ杉木生长量表现最优,类群Ⅲ杉木材性表现最优。通过综合评价筛选出木材品质优良的3个家系是SM8、SM3和SM4,3个家系的管胞长度、管胞宽度、管胞长宽比、树高、胸径、材积均值分别为2859.82 μm、34.20 μm、85.91、28.22 m、19.67 cm、0.465 m3,可为杉木种质资源收集、保存和利用提供优良种质资源。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore the variation of wood quality among different Cunninghamia lanceolata families, in 2015-2019, nine C.lanceolata families of 31-year-old were selected as experimental subjects in Xishan Forest Farm of Rong'an County, and six wood quality evaluation indexes were analyzed by variance analysis, cluster analysis and subordinate function analysis.The results showed that the wood properties and growth of 31-year-old C.lanceolata were significantly different among families, and there was a certain correlation among the wood quality indexes.The average values of tracheid length, tracheid width, tracheid length-width ratio, height, diameter and volume of 31-year-old C.lanceolata were 2750.51 μm, 33.27 μm, 84.93, 26.36 m, 18.43 cm and 0.398 m3 respectively.The results of cluster analysis showed that at the Euclidean distance of 5.0, 9 families of 31-year-old were divided into three categories.The growth of C.lanceolata in group I was the best, and the wood properties of C.lanceolata in group Ⅲ were the best.The families with good wood quality were obtained through comprehensive evaluation: SM8, SM3 and SM4.The average values of tracheid length, tracheid width, tracheid length-width ratio, height, diameter and volume were 2859.82 μm, 34.20 μm, 85.91, 28.22 m, 19.67 cm and 0.465 m3 respectively.The selected excellent families are the optimal germplasm for the wood quality of C.lanceolata, which can provide excellent germplasm resources for the collection, preservation and utilization of C.lanceolata germplasm resources.
