2,4-DNP胁迫下3种柳属植物的耐受性及净化效果

Tolerance and Purification Effect of Three Salix Species Under 2, 4-dinitrophenol Stress

  • 摘要: 在温室大棚中,以垂柳(Salix babylonica)、旱柳(Salix matsudana)、金丝垂柳(Salix alba 'Tristis')为试验材料,分别测定2,4-二硝基苯酚(2,4-DNP)浓度分别为0、10、20 mg·L-1处理下3种柳属植物的光合参数、生物量、耐受性指数(TI)和毒害系数(TF)等,综合评价3种柳属植物对2,4-DNP胁迫的耐受性及净化效果。结果表明:3种柳属植物对2,4-DNP胁迫的光合适应能力与耐受性均表现为:旱柳>金丝垂柳>垂柳;3种柳属植物对2,4-DNP的耐受性指数(TI)与毒害系数(TF)整体表现均为旱柳的TI最大,TF最小;3种柳属植物均可较好净化2,4-DNP污染。研究证实,3种柳属植物均可用于2,4-DNP污染环境的植物修复,且旱柳的应用潜力更大,研究结果可为2,4-DNP污染环境的植物修复提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The photosynthetic parameters, biomass, tolerance index (TI), toxicity factor (TF) and purification effect of three species of Salix (S.babylonica, S.matsudana and S.alba 'Tristis') were determined under 0, 10 and 20 mg·L-1 2, 4-dinitrophenol (2, 4-DNP) stress in greenhouse.The tolerance of three Salix species to 2, 4-DNP stress and purification effect was evaluated through comprehensive evaluation.The results show: the photosynthetic adaptability and tolerance of the three Salix species of 2, 4-DNP stress were all in the following order: S.matsudana> S.alba 'Tristis'> S.babylonica; the TI of S.matsudana namely 71 and 47 corresponding to 10 and 20 mg·L-1 2, 4-DNP, was the highest among three Salix species and TF of S.matsudana, namely 28.68 and 53.38 corresponding to 10 and 20 mg·L-1 2, 4-DNP, was the smallest among three Salix species.Three species of Salix can purify the 2, 4-DNP polluted environment well.It is suggested that the three Salix species can be used for phytoremediation of 2, 4-DNP polluted environment, and the application potential of S.matsudana is greater.The results of this research can provide reference for phytoremediatoon of of 2, 4-DNP polluted environment.
