盐雾胁迫对肯氏南洋杉幼苗生理的影响

Physiological Effects of Salt Spray Stress on Seedlings of Araucaria cunninghamii

  • 摘要: 2021年8-9月在厦门市园林植物园以肯氏南洋杉1年生幼苗为试验材料,研究不同浓度的盐雾胁迫下,肯氏南洋杉幼苗生理指标的变化。结果表明:随着盐雾质量分数的升高,肯氏南洋杉幼苗叶片总叶绿素含量下降,脯氨酸含量先上升后下降、相对电导率升高、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性先增强后减弱。结合生长表现来看,当盐雾质量分数≤ 2.8%时,肯氏南洋杉幼苗出现轻微叶黄,但生长正常;当盐雾质量分数达3.5%时,肯氏南洋杉幼苗开始出现叶尖大量发黄、萎蔫和植株顶端枯萎。综合试验结果表明,肯氏南洋杉具有一定的耐盐能力,幼苗可耐受的最高盐雾质量分数为2.8%。

     

    Abstract: From August to September 2021, the annual seedlings of Araucaria cunninghamii were used as experimental materials in Xiamen Garden Botanical Garden to study the changes of physiological indicators of Araucaria cunninghamii seedlings under different concentrations of salt spray stress.The results showed that with the increase of the mass fraction of salt spray, the total chlorophyll content in seedlings of Araucaria cunninghamii decreased, the proline content increased first and then decreased, the relative conductivity increased, and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) increased first and then decreased.From the perspective of growth performance, when the salt spray mass fraction is ≤ 2.8%, the seedlings of Araucaria cunninghamii show slight leaf yellowing, but their growth is normal.When the salt spray mass fraction is 3.5%, the seedlings of Araucaria cunninghamii begin to show a large amount of leaf tip yellowing, wilting, and plant tip withering.Based on the comprehensive experimental results, the Araucaria cunninghamii spruce has a certain salt tolerance ability.The one-year old seedlings are treated with salt spray twice a day for 30 days, the results showed that the highest salt spray mass fraction that can be tolerated by the seedlings of Araucaria cunninghamii was 2.8%.
