应用生防真菌林间防治木毒蛾试验

Field Experiment on Controlling Lymantria xylina with Biocontrol Fungi

  • 摘要: 于2022年,在福建省东山县西埔镇梧龙村木麻黄防护林开展林间单独施用及混合施用白僵菌、绿僵菌粉炮防治木毒蛾幼虫试验。结果表明,在木毒蛾的2~3龄幼虫期,在林间施放白僵菌粉炮60个·hm-2防治木毒蛾,校正防效可达78%以上;施放绿僵菌粉炮30个·hm-2防治木毒蛾,校正防效可达80%以上;施放白僵菌和绿僵菌粉炮各15个·hm-2混合防治木毒蛾,校正防效可达84%以上。表明林间应用白僵菌和绿僵菌粉炮防治木毒蛾具有良好的应用前景,且二者混合施用也表现出一定的增效效果。

     

    Abstract: In 2022,a trial was conducted in Wulong Village,Xipu Town,Dongshan County,Fujian Province,China,to control the Lymantria xylina larvae using single and combined applications of Beauveria bassiana and Metarhizium anisopliae powder cannons in the protective forests of Casuarina. The results indicated that during the 2~3 instar larval stage of L. xylina larvae,when 60 B. bassiana powder cannons were applied per hectare in the forest,the adjusted control efficacy reached over 78%. Similarly,when 30 M. anisopliae fungal powder cannons were applied per hectare,the adjusted control efficacy exceeded 80%. Furthermore,when 15 B. bassiana powder cannons and 15 M. anisopliae powder cannons were applied per hectare in combination,the adjusted control efficacy reached over 84%. These findings suggested that the application of B. bassiana and M. anisopliae powder cannons in forest environments for L. xylina larvae control holds promising prospects,and their combined use also demonstrates certain synergistic effects.
