不同贮藏温度对2种冬青花粉萌发力的影响

Effects of Different Storage Temperatures on Pollen Germination of two Kinds of Ilex

  • 摘要: 2022年在宁波市农业科学研究院高新农业技术试验园,以枸骨和全缘冬青的花粉为试验材料,设置室温(20~23 ℃)、4 ℃、-20 ℃、-80 ℃ 4种贮藏温度,采用离体培养法测定花粉萌发率,探讨适宜的花粉贮藏温度。结果表明,2种冬青的新鲜花粉在室温下存放3 d内均可保持较高的活力;2种冬青花粉在4 ℃条件下贮藏16 d时萌发率已经低至基本不能满足生产需求;全缘冬青花粉、枸骨花粉分别在-20 ℃、-80 ℃贮藏90 d时萌发率均大于50%。因此,全缘冬青花粉、枸骨花粉长期保存的适宜温度分别为-20 ℃、-80 ℃。

     

    Abstract: In 2022,in Ningbo Academy of Agricultural Sciences high-tech agricultural technology experimental Park,using the pollens of I. cornuta and I. integra as experimental materials,the germination rate of pollens was determined by in vitro culture method under different storage conditions of room temperature(20~23 ℃),4 ℃,-20 ℃ and-80 ℃. The results showed that the fresh pollens of both kinds of I. could maintain high vitality within 3 days stored at room temperature. The germination rate of the two kinds of I. pollen at 4 ℃ was low at 16 d and could not meet the production demand. The germination rate of I. integra pollens stored at -20 ℃ and I. cornuta pollens stored at -80 ℃ were both greater than 50% at 90 d,which could be used as the temperature conditions for long-term preservation of the two kinds of I. pollens.
