长须刺蛾生物学特性及球孢白僵菌防治效果

Preliminary Study on the Biological Characteristics of Hyphorma minaxandits Biocontrol by Beauveria bassiana

  • 摘要: 长须刺蛾(Hyphorma minax Walker)是油茶、枫香以及油桐等树种的主要害虫。2019—2022年,对福建福州、宁德等地油茶、枫香林开展调查,对长须刺蛾生物学特性进行观察,同时在油茶林开展球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)防治幼虫试验。结果表明:长须刺蛾在福州、宁德1年发生 2 代,以预蛹在茧中越冬,翌年5月上旬成虫羽化。第1代发生在5—9月,第2代(越冬代)发生在8月—翌年6月。林间利用球孢白僵菌1×108孢子·mL-1孢子悬浮液防治幼虫,施菌后9 d幼虫死亡率为81.3%~85.0%,防治效果为79.7%~83.8%。研究结果可为防治长须刺蛾幼虫提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The moth Hyphorma minax is a relevant pest of the tree Camellia oleifera,Liquidambar formosana and Vernicia fordii.In 2019—2022,a survey of the biological characters of H.minax was carried out by field testing around Ningde and Fuzhou,in the Fujian Province of China.In addition,experiments on the biocontrol of H.minax larvae in C.oleifera forest by Beauveria bassiana were performed.Result showed that in Fuzhou and Ningde,H.minax had two generation per year,with overwintering of prepupa in cocoon,the adult begins to emerge and in mid March of the following year.The first generation occurred from May to September,and the second (overwintering generation) occurred from August to June of the following year.The spore suspension of B.bassiana conidia at the concentration of 1.0×108 spores·mL-1 caused 81.3% to 85.0% mortality of S.testacea larvae in the field at 9 d after spraying,showed a good biocontrol efficacy from 79.7% to 83.8%.The results can provide a theoretical reference for the scientific control of H.minax larvae.
