不同基质对千年桐容器苗光合生理特征的影响

Effects of Different Substrate Formula on the Photosynthetic Characteristics of Aleurites montana Container Seedlings

  • 摘要: 于2019—2020年,在福建省南平市建阳区国营苗圃,采用9种基质配方,探讨不同基质对千年桐容器幼苗光合生理特性的影响。结果显示,千年桐苗木在P5(泥炭50%+黄心土25%+谷壳25%)基质培育的容器苗的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、水分利用效率均最高,P3(泥炭30%+黄心土50%+谷壳20%)基质培育的千年桐容器苗的气孔导度最大且显著高于CK(黄心土基质),P4(泥炭60%+黄心土20%+谷壳20%)基质培育的千年桐容器苗的胞间二氧化碳浓度和Fv/Fm最高。综合各指标特征来看,以泥炭50%+黄心土25%+谷壳25%以及泥炭60%+黄心土20%+谷壳20%这2种基质配方最有利于提高千年桐的光合能力。本研究结果可为千年桐容器育苗生产应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In the paper,9 different substrate formula for Aleurites montana container seedlings were compared in State-owned Nursery of Jianyang,Nanping during the years of 2019 and 2020,in order to examine the effects of different substrate formula on the photosynthesis efficiency of Aleurites montana seedlings. The results showed that in P5 substrate treatment(50% peat + 25% yellow soil + 25% hull),net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,and water utilization efficiency of Aleurites montana seedlings reached the highest.In P3 treatment (30% peat +50% yellow soil + 20% hull),the stomatal conductance of seedlings was the highest and significantly higher than CK.P4 treatment(60% peat + 20% yellow soil + 20% hull) witnessed the peaks in intercellular carbon dioxide concentration and Fv/Fm.According to the comprehensive characteristics,the two kinds of substrate formula of 50% peat +25% yellow soil + 25% hull and 60% peat + 20% yellow soil + 20% hull were the most beneficial to improving the photosynthetic capacity of Aleurites montana container seedlings. This study can provide relevant data and theoretical reference for the cultivation technology optimization in the application of Aleurites montana container seedling production.
