Design and Application of Forest Paperpot Automatic Seeding Equipment

  • 摘要: 针对传统林木容器育苗播种机存在各工艺环节都需要一台独立的生产设备、各生产环节间需要人工衔接、生产成本高、生产效率低等问题,在分析林木育苗容器播种装备整机功能和结构的基础上,设计和开发一套林木容器育苗播种装备。该装备自动化控制系统采用PLC为控制器,通过人机界面操作系统设计人机界面触摸屏实现集中显示和控制。整台装备集成苗盘进给、打穴、播种、覆土、压实和喷淋等作业工序,实现全工序自动化生产。播种装置采用气吸式精量播种,减少用种量(特别是珍贵树种的种子),达到节约成本、增产增效的效果。经测试,装备播种合格率达96.5%,性能可靠,操作方便,智能化程度高,满足苗木工厂化、集约化生产作业要求。

     

    Abstract: In response to the issues with traditional forest paper-pot automatic seeding machines,such as the need for a separate production equipment for each process,manual coordination between production stages,high production costs,and low efficiency,a set of forest paper-pot automatic seeding equipment was designed and developed based on the analysis of the overall functionality and structure of forestry seedling container seeding equipment.This equipment's automated control system uses a PLC as the controller,and its human-machine interface touch screen was designed through the HIM operating system for centralized display and control.The entire equipment integrates processes like seed tray feeding,hole punching,seeding,soil covering,compaction,and spraying,achieving fully automated production for all processes.The seeding device uses air-suction precision seeding to reduce the amount of seeds used (especially for precious tree species),achieving cost savings and increased productivity and efficiency.Production tests have shown that the equipment has a seeding qualification rate of 96.5%,reliable performance,convenient operation,and a high degree of intelligence,which is conducive to meeting the demands of factory-like and intensive nursery plant production operations.
