Seedling Cultivation Technology of Castanopsis uraiana

  • 摘要: 为研究鳞苞锥育苗技术,于2020—2022年在福建省宁化县采集鳞苞锥种子开展不同基质催芽及不同容器规格育苗试验。结果表明,4种催芽基质中,鳞苞锥种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数从高到低分别是粗河沙、细河沙、黄心土+火烧土、黄心土,相应的发芽时间逐渐延长。采用粗沙为基质催芽最好,平均发芽时间仅18.3 d,其发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数均显著高于黄心土+火烧土和黄心土基质。培育鳞苞锥1年生苗木的方法中,以采用无纺布营养土芽苗移栽的育苗方法表现最佳,平均苗高达33.9 cm、平均地径0.34 cm、合格苗率92.5%,≥5 cm侧根数量最多。不同容器规格培育2年生鳞苞锥苗木试验表明,采用容器规格12 cm×14 cm无纺布营养袋培育比容器规格10 cm×12 cm和8 cm×10 cm的效果好,平均苗高、地径、苗木出圃率和高径比分别达89.1 cm、0.92 cm、99.3%和96.8。添加菌根土对鳞苞锥种子出苗率的影响不显著,但对鳞苞锥苗木地径、苗高的生长量影响显著,其中以黄心土60%+火烧土20%+菌土20%为基质培育的苗木生长最好,平均苗高达38.8 cm,平均地径达0.38 cm,≥5 cm侧根数量达11.2条。综合结果表明,鳞苞锥种子采用粗河沙为催芽基质,采用芽苗移栽、12 cm×14 cm规格的无纺布营养土进行1~2年生苗木培育效果最好。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the seedling cultivation technology of Castanopsis uraiana,from 2020 to 2022,Castanopsis uraiana seeds were collected in Ninghua County,Fujian Province to conduct germination acceleration experiments with different substrates and seedling cultivation experiments with different container specifications. The results show that among the four germination substrates,the germination rate,germination potential,and germination index of Castanopsis uraiana seeds from high to low were coarse river sand,fine river sand,yellow loam + burned soil,and yellow loam,and the corresponding germination time gradually increases. Germination acceleration with coarse sand as the substrate was the best. The average germination time was only 18.3 days. Its germination rate,germination potential,and germination index were significantly higher than those of yellow loam + burned soil and yellow loam substrates,and there was no significant difference compared to the fine sand substrate. Among the methods of cultivating one-year-old Castanopsis uraiana seedlings,the seedling transplantation method using non-woven fabric nutrient soil sprouts performs the best. The average seedling height was 33.9 cm,the average ground diameter was 0.34 cm,and the qualified seedling rate was 92.5%. The number of lateral roots greater than 5 cm is the largest. The experiment of cultivating two-year-old Castanopsis uraiana seedlings with different container specifications showed that using non-woven fabric nutrient bags with a container specification of 12 cm×14 cm was better than those with container specifications of 10 cm×12 cm and 8 cm×10 cm. The average seedling height,ground diameter,qualified seedling rate,The seedling outplanting rate and height-diameter ratio reach 89.1 cm,0.92 cm,99.3%,and 96.8 respectively. Adding mycorrhizal soil had no significant effect on the emergence rate of Castanopsis uraiana seeds,but had a significant effect on the growth of ground diameter and seedling height of Castanopsis uraiana seedlings. Among them,seedlings cultivated with yellow loam 60% + burned soil 20% + mycorrhizal soil 20% (D1) as the substrate grow the best. The average seedling height reaches 38.8 cm,the average ground diameter reaches 0.38 cm,and the number of lateral roots greater than 5 cm reaches 11.2. The comprehensive results showed that for Castanopsis uraiana seeds,using coarse river sand as the germination acceleration substrate and using sprout transplantation and non-woven fabric nutrient soil with a specification of 12 cm×14 cm for cultivating one- to two-year-old seedlings had the best effect.
