基于正交试验的锥栗总苞堆肥添加剂优化试验

Optimization Experiment on Compost Additives for Castanea henryi Burs Based on Orthogonal Experiments

  • 摘要: 为解决锥栗(Castanea henryi)总苞自然堆肥木质纤维素难降解、周期长、养分损失大的问题,以福建南平市政和县的锥栗总苞为原料,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,系统探究EM菌剂、RW促腐剂、黑木耳胞外酶、香菇胞外酶4种添加剂对堆肥进程与产物品质的影响。通过测定堆体温度、pH、电导率(EC)、发芽指数(GI)、全碳、全氮、全磷、全钾等指标,结合NY/T 525—2021有机肥料进行综合评价。结果表明:4种添加剂对锥栗总苞堆肥效果的影响大小为EM菌剂>RW促腐剂>香菇胞外酶>黑木耳胞外酶,其中EM菌剂和RW促腐剂是促进堆肥的核心因子;筛选获得最优添加剂配比为6‰EM菌剂+6‰RW促腐剂+20 mL黑木耳胞外酶+20 mL香菇胞外酶,该配比可显著加速堆体进入高温期并延长高温期持续时间,促进有机碳分解矿化,同时有效减少氮、磷、钾养分损失,实现堆肥效率与产物品质的双重提升。研究结果可为锥栗总苞等林业副产物的无害化处理与高效资源化利用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: To address the challenges of recalcitrant lignocellulose degradation,prolonged composting duration,and substantial nutrient loss during the natural composting of Castanea henryi involucres,this study utilized involucres collected from Zhenghe County,Nanping City,Fujian Province,as raw material.An L9(34)orthogonal experimental design was employed to systematically investigate the effects of four additives—EM microbial inoculant,RW decomposition accelerator,extracellular enzymes from Auricularia auricula and extracellular enzymes from Lentinula edodes—on the composting process and product quality.Key parameters including pile temperature,pH,electrical conductivity(EC),germination index(GI),total carbon,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium were monitored and comprehensive evaluation was conducted in accordance with the NY/T 525—2021 Organic Fertilizer standard.The results indicated that the overall influence of the four additives on the composting efficacy of C.henryi involucres followed the order:EM inoculant > RW accelerator > L.edodes extracellular enzymes > A.auricula extracellular enzymes.Among them,EM inoculant and RW accelerator were identified as the core factors promoting composting.The optimal additive combination was determined to be 6‰ EM inoculant + 6‰ RW accelerator + 20 mL A.auricula extracellular enzymes + 20 mL L.edodes extracellular enzymes.This formulation significantly accelerated the onset of the thermophilic phase,prolonged its duration,enhanced the decomposition and mineralization of organic carbon,and effectively reduced losses of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium,thereby simultaneously improving composting efficiency and final product quality.These findings provide a scientific basis and technical reference for the environmentally sound treatment and high-value resource utilization of forestry by-products such as Castanea henryi involucres.
