Abstract:
This study utilized a "3414" factorial fertilizer application experimental design to investigate the effects of different nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P) and potassium(K) ratios in compound fertilization on the growth of 0.5-year-old
Mytilaria laosensis seedlings. The results showed that after one year of fertilization treatment, all formulated fertilization treatments significantly improved seedling height, ground diameter and biomass of
M.laosensis.Principal component comprehensive analysis indicated that Treatment T13(N 200 mg·plant
-1,P 25 mg·plant
-1,K 75 mg·plant
-1) achieved the highest comprehensive score,followed by Treatment T6(N 200 mg·plant
-1,P 75 mg·plant
-1,K 150 mg·plant
-1).Treatment T2(N 100 mg·plant
-1,P 50 mg·plant
-1,K 150 mg·plant
-1) showed a greater promoting effect on belowground growth than aboveground growth. This study clarified the specific effects of different formulated fertilization on the growth of
M.laosensis seedlings, providing scientific basis for the cultivation of
M.laosensis nursery stock.
