叶面喷施多肽对木荷幼苗及其生理特性的影响

Effects of Foliar Spraying of Polypeptides on Schima superba Seedlings and Their Physiological Characteristics

  • 摘要: 为改善植物体内的微生物环境,提高木荷(Schima superba Gardn.et Champ.)林分质量,探究多肽对木荷内环境的影响,采用多肽(KRGREEDSLPNSPKRFHGET RRRKKLFKKILKYL(-NH2))对3年生木荷幼苗进行叶面喷施处理,以1 mg·mL-1多肽双蒸水稀溶液为母液,喷洒稀释500倍、1000倍的多肽双蒸水稀溶液为处理(分别为T1、T2处理组),叶片喷洒双蒸水作为对照组(C),对3组的苗高、地径、内源激素(赤霉素、生长素、脱落酸和油菜素内酯)、营养元素含量(N、P、K)及营养物质含量(可溶性总糖含量、可溶性总蛋白含量和总脂肪含量)进行测定分析。结果表明:处理组T1木荷幼苗的苗高、地径及赤霉素、脱落酸和油菜素内酯的平均含量均显著高于对照组(C)及处理组T2(P<0.05),处理组T1叶片的N、P、K、可溶性总糖含量和可溶性总蛋白含量均显著提高(P<0.05)。说明添加一定浓度多肽有助于促进木荷的生长发育,提高木荷的抗逆性。

     

    Abstract: To improve the microbial environment within plants and enhance the quality of Schima superba Gardn.et Champ.stands,this study aimed to investigate the effects of peptides on the internal environment of S.superba by exogenously applying a peptide(KRGREEDSLPNSPKRFHGET RRRKKLFKKILKYL(-NH2)).Three-year-old S.superba seedlings were treated with foliar sprays of the peptide solution.A stock solution was prepared at a concentration of 1 mg·mL-1 using double-distilled water.The treatments included T1(sprayed with a 500-fold dilution of the peptide solution)and T2(sprayed with a 1000-fold dilution),while the control group(C)was sprayed with double-distilled water.Parameters such as seedling height,ground diameter,endogenous hormone levels(gibberellin,auxin,abscisic acid and brassinosteroid),nutrient element content(N,P,K)and nutrient substance content(total soluble sugar,total soluble protein and total fat)were analyzed across the three groups.The results showed that the seedling height and ground diameter in treatment T1 were significantly higher than those in the control group C and treatment T2(P<0.05).The average levels of gibberellin,abscisic acid and brassinosteroid in treatment T1 were significantly higher than those in group C and treatment T2(P<0.05).Additionally,the contents of N,P,K,total soluble sugar and total soluble protein in the leaves of treatment T1 were significantly increased(P<0.05).The findings indicate that exogenous application of an appropriate concentration of the peptide promotes the growth and development of S.superba and enhances its stress resistance.
