闽南地区马占相思开花物候与花形态特征

Study on Flowering Phenology and Floral Morphology of Acacia mangium in Southern Fujian

  • 摘要: 为探讨闽南地区马占相思(Acacia mangium)开花物候规律和花形态变化特征,于2024年以福建省漳浦中西国有林场6年生马占相思为试验材料,通过野外观察、解剖观测等方法对其开花状况展开研究。结果显示,闽南地区马占相思林分花期约在9月上旬—11月上旬,从花芽出芽至末花期持续时间约73 d,其中出芽期约28 d,始花期约18 d,盛花期约9 d,末花期约18 d。其中,始花期存在1个小花期,持续约4 d。不同单株开花周期有所差异,按开花比例动态变化可分为单峰型、双峰型和不开花型。花序为穗状花序,其生长发育经历花芽分化期、初蕾期、花蕾膨大期、花药发育期、开花期和凋谢期6个阶段。盛花期花序长度(6.79±1.16)cm,每花序上小花数量约(122.75±23.85)枚,小花含0或1枚雌蕊,雄蕊数量约(58.50±9.14)枚。研究结果可为理解闽南地区马占相思花期物候及指导马占相思杂交育种工作提供参考。

     

    Abstract: To investigate the flowering phenological rhythm and floral morphological variation characteristics of Acacia mangium in Southern Fujian,a field observation was conducted in 2024 using a 6-year-old experimental plantation of A.mangium at Zhangpu Zhongxi State-owned Forest Farm in Fujian Province.The results revealed that the stand flowering period of A.mangium stands in Southern Fujian generally extended from early September to early November,with the complete phenophase,from flower bud sprouting to the late flowering stage,lasting approximately 73 days.Specifically,the budding stage lasted 28 days,the initial flowering stage 18 days,the full flowering stage 9 days,and the late flowering stage 18 days.A single floret peak occurred during the initial flowering stage,with a duration of approximately 4 days.Flowering cycles varied among individual plants,which were classified into unimodal,bimodal and non-flowering types based on the dynamic changes in flowering proportion.The inflorescences were spicate,and their growth and development categorized into six stages: flower bud differentiation,initial bud,bud swelling,anther development,anthesis(flowering)and withering.During the full flowering stage,inflorescence length was(6.79±1.16)cm,and the number of florets per inflorescence was(122.75±23.85).Each floret contained zero or one pistil,with an average stamens number of(58.50±9.14).This study provides a theoretical basis for understanding the flowering phenology of A.mangium in Southern Fujian,and offers a reference for the crossbreeding of this species.
