Abstract: This paper analyzes the background for the high-quality development of the under-forest economy.It elaborates on Yunnan Province’s forest resource endowments,policy frameworks,practical exploration and typical cases for the under-forest economy.On the premise of scientifically protecting forest ecosystems,this study proposes targeted measures including basing development on local resources,defining development spaces,compiling scientific plans,strengthening layout implementation,empowering industrial growth with science and technology,and exploring distinctive featured industries.These measures aim to diversified functions and multi-dimensional values benefits of the Four Forest Repositories,provide theoretical references and practical paradigms for relevant research,and propose enlightenments for the high-quality development of under-forest economy in Fujian Province.
